Docimate emerged from a simple observation: businesses spend countless hours manually processing documents, spreadsheets, and data. We believed there had to be a better way to do this.
We designed a comprehensive platform that uses AI to automate document processing, spreadsheet analysis, and data extraction. From PDFs to Excel files, from simple text extraction to complex template-based data processing, we're revolutionizing how businesses handle their documents.

It all Started with a Hackathon

At WinHacks 2025, our team — Ibrahim Arain, Ahmad Arain, Mohammad Affan Shahid, and Sahaj Kataria — outperformed 29 competing teams to secure first place with Docimate! What started as a hackathon project has evolved into a comprehensive platform that revolutionizes document processing through AI-powered solutions.
From our initial concept to our current release, Docimate has grown to support AI chat, advanced PDF processing, spreadsheet analysis, template systems, and intelligent data extraction. Our platform's practical application and exceptional user experience earned us multiple awards and recognition from judges and participants alike, and we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible with document automation.
